Youth Pastor, Jordan Jones originates from Virginia where he and his childhood sweetheart, Rachel Howell, grew up together and got married in 2007. They moved to Kentucky in 2010 and started with Belleview Baptist in March of 2011.
Jordan studied Bible at Liberty University (BA, MA), Jerusalem University College, and Hebrew Union College (present). He is also an adjunct professor of Bible for Liberty University Online. He has been in youth ministry for 7 years and and has a passion to see hearts changed for God’s glory. He is the part-time youth pastor for high-school students, but works together with the Tween ministry (middle school) for joint events and ministry opportunities.
His wife, Rachel Jones is also a graduate of Liberty University where she majored in Fashion Merchandizing and Interiors. Rachel leads the high school girls’ ministry here at BBC and loves every minute of it! She is also an excellent mother to three wild children: Kelsie (3) and the twins—Kohen and Kennan (1). When she’s not changing diapers or serving at church, she loves decorating and photography.

Music Director, James Horton

Music Director, James Horton began his music ministry in his hometown of Petersburg in 1988, at age 13. James was a church pianist for 8 years and then became part of the Belleview family in 1996 when called to be church organist. After many years of serving as organist and pianist, the Lord called James to be Music Director. As music director, he leads the Choir (the best choir in Boone County), assembles the band and orchestra, and prayerfully considers which songs are sung during our worship services. The Lord has blessed Belleview Baptist with a vast array of musical talents.  If you have any questions about the music ministry or would like to take part, James is always available to help.
